Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
  • crushed red pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 chicken

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Melt everything together - DO NOT BOIL.
  • Cook chicken on grill or in oven.
  • When done pull off skin and remove from bone.
  • Chop up like you would pork BBQ.
  • Mix everything together.
